We ship Australia wide via Australia Post Parcel Post at a Flat-Rate of $12.95 inc GST. For bulky orders we may elect, at our discretion, to ship via our road based courier service. All methods of delivery include parcel tracking and will require a signature upon delivery. For residential deliveries someone must be at home at to sign for the delivery or the parcel will be left at the local Australia Post office for collection and a card will be left in your post box.
All services are based on road freight. If you require Express or Overnight delivery please contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 645 808, before you place your order.
New Zealand orders will be sent using Australia Post International Parcel Post and shipping costs will be calculated based on size and weight and presented before checkout.
At this stage we do not ship to other countries.
We will never sell or pass on your personal information to a 3rd party company unless it is directly related to your purchase or delivery of your purchase. All payments (including VISA and MasterCard) are transacted through PayPal's encrypted and secure payment gateway and your credit card or banking details are safe. We (TRENDnet.com.au) do not have access to nor store credit card details.
TRENDnet products purchased from TRENDnet.com.au within Australia are covered by a manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period can vary based on the product you have purchased. All products are covered by a minimum of a 12 months warranty and some extend to a maximum of 3 years. All TRENDnet products purchased within Australia from TRENDnet.com.au have a maximum warranty period of 3 years. All power supplies and adapters are covered by a limited 12 month warranty only.
All downloadable product brochures have been produced for global use and are for informational purposes only. Any stated manufacturer's warranty periods that exceed 3 years will be handled directly with TRENDnet Inc in the USA.
Any travel products which their part numbers end with (EU) or (A) indicate that the item is not supplied with an Australian power adapter. These products are only intended for use while travelling in the relevant countries.
All warranties and guarantees offered comply with those required under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) ("Australian Consumer Law") ("Consumer Guarantees"). More information in relation to the Consumer Guarantees may be found at http://www.accc.gov.au

If you require assistance choosing a compatible product please call our Customer Service Team before purchasing as we do not offer refunds for purchases made incorrectly or if you change your mind.
If you require warranty support please contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 645 808 to obtain an RMA (Return Materials Approval) number and return details.
If you believe that your item is D.O.A (Dead on Arrival) please troubleshoot with our technical support staff. If our technical support staff believe your product to be suspect they will issue you an RMA number for the return of the item to test. Products that have been tested to be working and returned due to incorrect installation will incur a testing & return postage charge of $25 ex. Products deemed to be faulty will be repaired or replaced and returned to the customer at our expense.
We cannot accept any returns without first issuing an RMA number.
To order TRENDnet products on our website just click the "Add to Cart" button which is located on each product page. When you have added all the products you require to your cart then press the "My Cart" icon and increase or decrease the quantity of each product before clicking on the "checkout" icon. You can then follow the prompts to add your name and delivery details and shipping options. All payments are transacted through PayPal's secure payment gateway.
