IT Reseller Membership
The BAX IT Reseller Partner Program is open only to resellers doing business in Australia. Resellers wishing to participate in the program must be selling computer-related hardware products to end-users and be able to place regular orders.

Priority RMA Service
Reseller Program members will receive priority repair service. This service does not include shipping. BAX IT may opt to replace the product with an equal or greater product depending on product quality at the time of receipt.

Free Marketing Materials
Marketing materials are available to all reseller members as needed. Most of the reseller marketing materials will be based on the web for downloading. Those that are not can be sent to the reseller without charge. Requests for materials will be granted within reason.

Demo Unit Program
Reseller Program members may purchase demo unit products at a reduced cost. These products must be purchased with the intent of letting a customer use it for 30 days and then purchase said product from the reseller.

Ordering Demo Units
When the reseller places an order with BAX IT the reseller must tell the sales representative who is taking the order they want to purchase a TRENDnet product for demo unit purposes. There is a limit of three of products per quarter, unless a higher quantity is approved by your BAX IT sales representative. The discount on a demo unit is 15 % off the published reseller price lists. No returns will be accepted on demo units but BAX IT will honour all written warranties.

Program Policies

BAX IT is not responsible for damage to persons or property due to faulty installation, incorrect installation, products damaged in transit, or products that have been modified without the expressed written consent of BAX IT.
BAX IT reserves the right to modify or cancel all or part of the Reseller Partner Program at any time and without notice.
BAX IT reserves the right to revoke a membership for any reason.
